Colocar a cebola e o gengibre picados num tacho juntamente com o <a href=\"\/?p=12867\">\u00f3leo de c\u00f4co biol\u00f3gico<\/a> e deixar cozinhar em lume m\u00e9dio at\u00e9 a cebola ficar dourada.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Adicionar o alho picado e cozinhar por mais 2 minutos.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Baixar o lume e adicionar o caril, o Garam Massala, o a\u00e7afr\u00e3o e a paprica e cozinhar por 1 minuto, mexendo sempre.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> Adicionar a beringela aos cubos grandes e a cenoura cortada em rodelas. Mexer para envolver nas especiarias. Adicionar o leite de c\u00f4co e cerca de 300 ml de \u00e1gua. Deixar levantar fervura.<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> Quando levantar fervura adicionar as lentilhas demolhadas e escorridas. Deixar cozinhar at\u00e9 as\u00a0lentilhas ficarem tenras (cerca de 15 minutos).<br \/>\n<strong>6.\u00a0<\/strong>Temperar a gosto com flor de sal e guarnecer com coentros frescos picados.
