{"id":17292,"date":"2017-02-07T16:05:07","date_gmt":"2017-02-07T16:05:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eunutrition.com\/?p=17292"},"modified":"2017-02-07T16:05:07","modified_gmt":"2017-02-07T16:05:07","slug":"papas-de-aveia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eunutrition.com\/blog\/papas-de-aveia\/","title":{"rendered":"Receita: Papas de Aveia de v\u00e1rias maneiras"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\">[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Papas de Aveia de v\u00e1rias maneiras<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<br \/>\n<\/b>60g de farinha de <a href=\"\/?p=12846\">aveia de sabor<\/a><br \/>\n35g de <a href=\"\/?p=7102\">whey<\/a><br \/>\n300ml de \u00e1gua[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\n<div><b>Modo de Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>De v\u00e9spera, colocar num frasco grande todos os ingredientes.<br \/>\nAgitar muito bem para envolver os ingredientes e reservar no frigor\u00edfico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>De manh\u00e3, voltar a agitar o frasco, colocar o preparado numa ta\u00e7a e lev\u00e1-la ao microondas, cerca de 3m\/4m (depende da pot\u00eancia).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Durante este tempo, ir abrindo o microondas de vez em quando, e mexer as papas sempre que vejam que elas querem subir (o truque \u00e9 mexer muito bem para garantir que n\u00e3o se formam grumos e ficam homog\u00e9neas!)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Se no final deste tempo as papas ainda estiverem l\u00edquidas, deixar mais tempo at\u00e9 estas engrossarem e estarem devidamente cozinhadas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Depois de estarem cozidas, juntar mais um pouco de \u00e1gua (a olho), e mexer bem at\u00e9 as papas ficarem com a consist\u00eancia que gostam.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00c0 receita base podem ir incrementando ingredientes, consoante o que vos apetecer.
