Podem tamb\u00e9m utilizar outras variedades &#8211; thai, carolino,&#8230;)<br \/>\n250 + 300ml de \u00e1gua<br \/>\n300ml de leite (pode ser vegetal ou sem lactose)<br \/>\n1 pau de canela<br \/>\n1 casca de lim\u00e3o (apenas um pedacinho cortado)<br \/>\n1 colher de ch\u00e1 de extrato de baunilha<br \/>\n40g de aveia com sabor a <a href=\"\/?p=12846\">bolacha maria da EU Nutrition<\/a><br \/>\n300ml de claras pasteurizadas<br \/>\nCanela em p\u00f3 (a gosto)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colocar 250ml de \u00e1gua a aquecer num tacho pequeno. Assim que esta ferva, adicionar o arroz basmati e tampar. Deixar cozinhar at\u00e9 que o arroz absorva toda a \u00e1gua e fique cozido (demorar\u00e1 aproximadamente 15 minutos depois de levantar fervura).<\/p>\n<p>Num tacho grande, colocar o leite com o pau de canela, a casca de lim\u00e3o e o extrato de baunilha. Levar ao lume at\u00e9 ferver, retirar ent\u00e3o a casca de lim\u00e3o e o pau de canela e reservar (sem retirar o leite do tacho).<\/p>\n<p>Num recipiente \u00e0 parte, colocar a <a href=\"\/?p=12846\">aveia<\/a> com sabor e adicionar um pouco de \u00e1gua. Misturar at\u00e9 que o preparado fique homog\u00e9neo e adicionar o que resta da \u00e1gua (neste passo devem usar 300ml de \u00e1gua no total).<\/p>\n<p>Adicionar \u00e0 mistura anterior as claras e mexer bem. Juntar todo este preparado ao tacho com o leite, mexendo muito bem.<\/p>\n<p>Devolver o tacho ao fog\u00e3o, em lume baixo. Deixar que o preparado engrosse ligeiramente, mexendo sempre, e juntar ent\u00e3o o arroz. Deixar ent\u00e3o que a mistura engrosse mais, at\u00e9 ficar com a textura pretendida.<\/p>\n<p>Dividir por tacinhas e colocar de imediato no frigor\u00edfico.
