As pequenas diferen\u00e7as nas estruturas dessas mol\u00e9culas, d\u00e3o origem \u00e0s v\u00e1rias formas de vitamina K, sendo as mais conhecidas a vitamina K1 (filoquinona) e K2 (menaquinona).<\/p>\n<p>Todas as formas desta vitamina apresentam as mesmas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, promovem a ativa\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas com v\u00e1rias fun\u00e7\u00f5es corporais, nomeadamente prote\u00ednas envolvidas na coagula\u00e7\u00e3o do sangue, osteocalcina, prote\u00ednas que atuam na cartilagem e parede dos vasos sangu\u00edneos, entre outras. Contudo algumas delas parecem ter um impacto maior na sa\u00fade humana. Esse \u00e9 o caso da <a href=\"\/?p=20708\"><strong><span style=\"color: #d1005d;\">vitamina K2<\/span><\/strong><\/a> que tem revelado contribuir de forma \u00fanica e importante para o papel da vitamina K na sa\u00fade, mostrando-se ser a mais eficaz na ativa\u00e7\u00e3o destas prote\u00ednas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Esta <a href=\"\/?p=20708\"><span style=\"color: #d1005d;\"><strong>vitamina<\/strong><\/span><\/a> atua principalmente ao n\u00edvel da:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sa\u00fade cardiovascular, reduzindo a calcifica\u00e7\u00e3o coron\u00e1ria e por consequ\u00eancia o risco de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, atrav\u00e9s da ativa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma prote\u00edna inibidora da calcifica\u00e7\u00e3o vascular, a prote\u00edna Gla da matriz. Para al\u00e9m disso, atua tamb\u00e9m ao n\u00edvel da coagula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea, uma vez que \u00e9 um cofator de v\u00e1rias prote\u00ednas produzidas no f\u00edgado envolvidas no processo de coagula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>sa\u00fade \u00f3ssea, ativando a prote\u00edna osteocalcina. A osteocalcina \u00e9 a prote\u00edna mais abundante do osso e \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por estimular a atividade dos osteoblastos (c\u00e9lulas respons\u00e1veis pela s\u00edntese da matriz \u00f3ssea), melhorar a fixa\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e1lcio no osso e a mineraliza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3ssea. V\u00e1rios estudos t\u00eam demonstrado d\u00e9fice de vitamina K2 em indiv\u00edduos com osteoporose, osteop\u00e9nia e fraturas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As fontes alimentares destes compostos tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o diferentes. A vitamina K1 \u00e9 encontrada em legumes de folha verde escura (por exemplo, espinafres, couves, br\u00f3colos). Por outro lado, a vitamina K2 \u00e9 encontrada em alimentos animais e alimentos fermentados. As suas principais fontes s\u00e3o de origem microbiana, os seja, o queijo, requeij\u00e3o e iogurte s\u00e3o fontes alimentares importantes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A necessidade de <a href=\"\/?p=20708\"><span style=\"color: #d1005d;\"><strong>vitamina K<\/strong><\/span><\/a> recomendada diariamente n\u00e3o difere entre os v\u00e1rios tipos, por isso a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o mais ajustada \u00e9 a inclus\u00e3o das v\u00e1rias fontes alimentares na dieta, tanto de K1 como de K2.
