Numa batedeira juntar as farinhas e o ado\u00e7ante. De seguida, juntar os ovos e\u00a0 adicionar o leite com o fermento. Bater durante cerca de 10 minutos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0<\/strong>Retirar a massa e deixar levedar durante 30 minutos num recipiente untado com \u00f3leo de coco. Retirar para a bancada com farinha, adicionando os restantes cerca de 200 g de farinha de espelta. Cortar a massa em 8 peda\u00e7os e barrar com \u00f3leo de coco. Colocar algum \u00f3leo de coco na bancada e esticar a massa com um rolo da massa. Untar essa placa, repetir o processo para os restantes 7 peda\u00e7os. Pegar nas 8 placas de massa, untar com mais \u00f3leo de coco e esticar novamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0<\/strong>Cortar em 16 tri\u00e2ngulos, colocar o chocolate (ou n\u00e3o) e enrolar. Colocar num tabuleiro ligeiramente afastados e deixar levedar cerca de 15 minutos.
