WHAT IS BETA-ALANINE?

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is produced in our organism which can also be ingested through meat, fish and other food. Beta-alanine is a precursor of carnosine.

When we train, especially during high intensity, short duration anaerobic exercises, such as weight lifting and speed running, our muscles produce several substances (such as lactic acid), which acidify muscular tissue, leading to muscle fatigue.

By taking beta-alanine supplements, we can potentialize carnosine production, which will in turn control our muscle’s PH, making it more resistant and work for a longer period of time. In other words, you’ll reach longer period of exercising with more repetition.

WHO SHOULD USE IT?

Every sportsman that practices anaerobic exercises, such as lifting and intense running, and who wants to increase his resistance, performance and recovery.

Recommended Use

Two capsules by morning and two before working out.
