WHAT IS MACA?
Maca is a native root of Peru with a characteristic flavor. It is used nowadays all over the world, given its known benefits. It is a source of vitamins, minerals, proteins and fiber.
How to use
We recommend the consumption of 15g a day (three teaspoons). Maca can be used in shakes, juices, yogurts, soups, desserts and cakes.
