How to make

On the stove: 1. Boil 150ml of water and add coconut oil (1 teaspoon) and salt q.s. (preferably salt flower). 2. When the water boils turn off the heat and add 3 tablespoons of puree. 3. Mix well until you get a completely homogenous consistency and no lumps. Add spices to taste.

In the microwave: 1. In a suitable container, place 150ml of water and add 3 tablespoons of puree. 2. Heat in the microwave (maximum power) about 3 and a half minutes. 3. Mix well until you get a completely homogenous consistency and no lumps. Add spices to taste.
