WHAT IS SPEEDY RECOVERY?
SPEEDY RECOVERY is the most complete recovery formula on the market.
It was specially developed by expert sports nutritionists and tested by several professional and Olympic athletes, allowing EU NUTRITION® to proudly present what we believe to be the best recovery formula available today.
Nothing was left to chance – every ingredient and its dosage was carefully studied to give you the most effective recovery product.

We use 55% carbohydrates and 30% protein.
Even the carbohydrate blend was meticulously designed: 15% dextrose, 35% maltodextrin, and 50% waxy maize.
Carbohydrates are particularly important because they support the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or prolonged exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The protein used is AVONLAC® ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate, sourced from one of the highest-quality protein producers in the world.
We’ve also added a blend of key amino acids and vitamins to make this formula truly unique and highly effective:
L-Glutamine
Glutamine is one of the most abundant amino acids in muscle tissue and accounts for around 60% of all free amino acids in the body.
BCAAs
Branched-Chain Amino Acids are three essential amino acids that must be obtained through food or supplements. They make up over 35% of the solid structure of muscle tissue.
Citrulline Malate
Citrulline Malate (Citrulline combined with Malic Acid) is converted into Arginine in the body. Arginine is a precursor of Nitric Oxide, making this compound popular among athletes aiming for maximum performance.
Beta-Alanine
During anaerobic, high-intensity exercise such as weight training or sprinting, the muscles produce lactic acid, leading to an acidic environment and resulting in fatigue. One way athletes reduce this effect is by increasing Carnosine levels — and Beta-Alanine is a direct precursor to Carnosine.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. It also contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, protection of cells from oxidative stress, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, and also to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
