Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 capsule 30 minutes before lunch. Maximum take 2 capsules before breakfast and keep 1 before lunch. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily. (Contains 72 mg of caffeine per capsule).
