You can count on 5.9g of BCAA's presented in its natural form and 4.4g of glutamine and glutamic acid per dose.
With no added sugar, we use only the minimum amount of sucralose (no calories). We also added DigeZyme® digestive enzymes (multi-enzyme complex based on amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase).
Mix 1 serving (25g) of product in 150-250 ml of water or skimmed milk. You can take it three times a day, preferably at breakfast, before and after exercise.
